Basilicata Tuna Salad
(chicken may be substituted)
Ingredients
14 oz of drained tuna (or equal portion of chicken)
15 sliced grapes
1/8th cup of chopped pecans or cashews (optional)
1 hard boild egg chopped (optional)
1 stem of celery diced (optional)
2 Tbsp. of real mayonnaise (add one tablespoon for chicken salad) - you may omit the mayo and just add in the Basilicata
4 Tbsp. Basilicata Gourmet Italian Salad Dressing and Sauce (use more or less to suit your taste)
Preparation
Mix mayo and Basilicata together in medium bowl and once mixed add desired other ingredients and mix well! Refrigerate to allow flavors to marinate (at least one hour) and Enjoy!
