Basilicata Spinach Salad


Ingredients
1 package of baby spinach
sliced mushrooms (to taste)
3 slices of bacon (crumbled)
Grape halves (to taste)
dried cranberries or nuts (to taste)
1 Sliced hardboiled egg
4 oz Basilicata Dressing

Preparation
Toss all ingredients except bacon and dressing lightly.
Fry the bacon until crisp and remove from pan and place on paper towel to drain.
Pour excess bacon grease out of pan and return pan to burner.
Heat the Basilicata dressing and crumble the bacon into the dressing until it comes to a boil and toss on spinach mixture while hot.
Enjoy immediately!
