Basilicata Rangoon


Ingredients
1 Basilicata cheese spread recipe (recipe listed on website)
Won Ton wrappers
1 egg white mixed with 2 tbsp of water
olives (black or green)
Crab or pepperoni

Preparation
Take small dollop of cheese spread (small melon ball size) and place in the center of the wonton.
You can then add crab or pepperoni, or just an olive to the center of cheese spread ball.
Dip finger in egg wash and wipe all around all four side of wonton and then fold fancy or just fold in half and seal edges by pressing lightly with thumb and forefinger.
Deep fry at 325 until golden brown, drain on paper towel and serve with side of Basilicata Sauce for a sweet and sour dipping sauce.
