Ingredients
1 each yellow, green and red pepper cut into strips
12 oz of tortellini cooked to package directions, drained, lightly tossed with olive oil and chilled
Crusty bread cut into cubes
1 large head of Broccoli florettes
Sliced zucchini and yellow squash
1 can of whole medium black olives drained
Other veggies as desired
