Basilicata Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1- 8 oz package of cream cheese
¼ cup of parmesan (grated or shredded)
3 Tbsp. of Basilicata (shaken well)

Preparation
Soften cream cheese in microwave defrost mode until chill comes off cream cheese and it is easy to mix (do not cook cream cheese).
Blend all ingredients in a food processor, with an electric mixer or with a fork until well mixed.
Refrigerate until chilled and more solidified and serve with crackers or crusty Italian or French Bread.
